Unit went down last night, got it towed over to this shop. They had it in diagnostics today, found it was an issue with the fuel rail pressure sensor. They had the sensor in stock and got my unit back rolling today. Will recommend this shop in the future and will continue to get my units to this shop when in the area.
About Truck Country
Truck Country is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experience. While some customers praise the great salespeople and the dealership's willingness to go the extra mile, others have had frustrating experiences with delayed repairs and issues with the quality of work. However, the assistance of the assistant manager has been highlighted as a positive aspect. Customers are advised to thoroughly check invoices to ensure accuracy. Overall, Truck Country seems to provide a varied level of service, with room for improvement in timeliness and transparency.
Recent reviews suggest the dealership has improved in certain areas. Customers have reported receiving timely and satisfactory service, particularly for issues that were misdiagnosed elsewhere. The Oak Creek facility has also been praised for its yearly service. Additionally, a customer had an excellent working experience with a salesperson named Adam, who provided outstanding service throughout the entire purchase process.

This is one of the best Freightliner Dealers near Chicago Area .
Every time I service here , everyone is super nice .
I would like to mention Alex (shift Manager ) and Logan . They do take a pride of the work , very accurate in emplaning the existing issue on the truck and ways to get it fixed .
This shop will get your truck fixed in no time , comparing to other dealers that takes weeks before they touch your truck .
Ohh , the do work in 3 shifts 24/6 , this is
Why all repairs move fast .
They do have always parts on stock .
More than great to deal with. My truck needed enough work I needed to get a hotel and the hotel didn’t allow my cat. I left my cat in the truck and asked them to put my truck in optimized idle so my cat would stay warm. When I got to my truck in the morning it was a cozy 73° in my truck. Small things make a huge difference.
