“I am a huge fan of Bella Grace's beds. I find myself only having to tan every 7-10 days to maintain my color and even longer if I use their UV A bed. Yeah, I can see how people think they are expensive but you don't have to tan as often and there are always specials going on each month. I have yet to pay full price for a tan!I also love talking to the girls there, sometimes I find myself sitting there for 10 mins just chatting away. I would definitly reccomend them to a friend.“

“Just seems like something is always down or they don’t have the staff. I used to go there and stopped because I was being asked for pills by one of the old managers. I have been clean for 8 years at that time. I heard she was gone so started back up. But always closed or computers are down. But they sure get my money every month. I travel from the Northside and can never call before I go because nobody picks up the phone there. I love the place when everything is working right. The new staff is on point“

“I came in after a few months thinking I had frozen my account but through some miscommunication and my own lack of detail, it turned out I didn't get frozen correctly so my account kept racking up monthly fees. To make matters more interesting, it was to a card that had been replaced with a new expiration date so I had no idea this was happening. When I came in to restart my tan membership it showed I owed a large balance but Sarah at the front office assisted me and immediately contacted support and they took less than ten minutes to get me back on track and resolved the issue. Thanks to Sarah's patience and kind treatment of me I am back to being a full time tanner, was able to tan right away and kept my previous membership rate.I've always liked this location. It is always clean, friendly and has very short wait times, if any, for the bed I request. I highly recommend this location. ?“
