We decided we needed a new hot water heater. Our current heater still worked but was over 15 years old and we knew it was time for a replacement. We have worked with The Thielmann Group for nearly thirty years for all of our heating and cooling needs so we naturally asked them for estimates on a hot water unit. We needed a tune-up on our AC unit. We always use Thielmann Group. Ron performed the tune up and we were 100% satisfied. He has over 30 years experience and was thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. He recommended we sign up for Thielmann’s heating and cooling maintenance program, and we decided to based on his recommendation. We are thrilled as it provides a great cost savings to us for our annual furnace and AC maintenance. He also helped us get set up with Dave from Thielmann for an estimate on a new water heater. Ron arrived in a timely fashion, explained what he was doing and suggested a couple of options for me to consider to improve the air quality in my home. He also suggested I sign up for their membership; which includes a furnace inspection, an AC inspection, and a plumbing inspection for only $20 a month. The $120 for the year was less than what my service fee would have been! NB!
