Will not be returning to this place. It took two weeks for me to get an appointment. I called a bunch of times and no one answers the phone then I leave a message and no one calls me back. Finally, after another week I call and they answer. I get highlights done. Then I call back to get toner over my highlights. I call twice and no one answers. lol I leave a message and no one calls me back. Ridiculous. I will be going elsewhere for toner where they actually get back to customers and care. Very unprofessional.

This place is a joke! I scheduled a color and cut appointment with Allie, two weeks in advance. I arrived on time for my appointment for 9:00 am and I left the Salon after waiting 15 minutes. I did not have the time to wait, and the receptionist on duty could have told me that Allie was behind or that she came in late. The Salon opens at 8:00 am on Saturdays!!! The Receptionsit just stood there, like and didn't say anything. Please get organized and thanks for wasting my personal time and energy. I could had slept in, instead of being given the bum's rush. I will not be returning here!!! I was able to schedule another appointment with another nearby salon!!!

As a first time customer I had a wonderful experience! So very pleased with Lynn as my hairdresser. She made my color and cut a relaxing and enjoyable time. Looking forward to my next appointment!
