Ashley is absolutely amazing! Every time I see her, I sit down and say "I don't know, just do something fun at such and such length" and every time I leave with fantastic looking hair! I have trichotillomania and Ashley works her magic with my hair so well, often times it's like my spot doesn't even exist. I drive up from Racine to have Ashley cut my hair and will continue to do so as long as I have hair and she has scissors.
Huge shoutout to Allen for fixing my hair this week and making me feel validated and beautiful again. (another salon chopped chunks out and my hair and it was severely uneven. Worst hair cut I’ve ever had and I couldn’t even wear my hair down) I came in as the last person and both stylists were nothing but great to me. I could have hugged him for working his magic and making me able to wear my hair down again. It was even out in layers all while making me feel better. Thank you so much again!

Date of visit: May 17, 2023 I happened to find myself on this side of town for a change and was hoping to get a haircut before heading on vacation later that day, was pleased to find an immediate opening at this Great Clips using their app. I was promptly greeted and taken to a chair. Lupe was great; she followed the instructions that printed out from my previous visits to other Great Clips in the area and I was in and out in about 12 minutes, which is exactly how long I like these experiences to last! The location inside the grocery store is nice, I was able to combine the two stops and save myself some time. Really my only complaint is that the location looks a little rundown and could use a freshening up.
