Came in for viral symptoms. Been coming here for years now. I’ve had positive experiences here for the most part. However on this date was met with unprofessional behaviors and a lack in care of my comfortability by MA Karla.
Automatic blood pressure cuff reader taking forever to deflate as it was trying to get a reading. She was more overly concerned with the screen than how I was doing. Consistently great care. My family has utilized urgent care services a few times within the past several months. Wait times have been reasonable. The clerks, doctors and nurses were personable and professional.
