Had a great experience getting new bedroom carpeting. Adam S. was helpful and communicative throughout the process. We experienced some minor delays with the manufacturing but otherwise a smooth process. Installation was quick and easy.
Great seamless experience with Carpetland OakCreek. Adam S. helped me choose the perfect carpet and pad for our 3 bedrooms. He helped navigate the installation too. We were given options for all inclusive (furniture moved, existing carpet pulled up/ removed, as well as the installation of new) or allowing us to pull the carpet and have installation on 1 day or 3 separate days. Our installer Franco was fantastic. We were able to have him install each room on 3 different days. The consistency was helpful.
