“I brought my almost 90 year father in there for the full treatment including waxing. We were spending an early Father’s Day together. This was my free day so I drove down from Green Bay. Savannah was assigned the task of providing this torture to my Dad. She was a gentle peach. Dad wanted none of this. In his 90 years, Dad had never had a hot towel treatment or even a straight edge shave.

Savannah was super patient. Dad was resistant to everything, but Savannah smoothly nudged him into giving it a try. She was a very fine caregiver. I didn’t think we would talk him into the waxing, but she did. Excellent chair side manner.

I haven’t seen his nose, eyebrows, and ears look that good since, well, ever. Most impressive to me was the effort to give him a good shave. A 90 year old face has a lot of nooks and crannies. Savannah even got a teammate involved to work though it. I loved the collaboration. I know a smooth shave only lasts a day, but Mom was very pleased when I brought him home. Dad even looked in the mirror at home and said “Maybe I should to the waxing once in a while.” Thank you Savannah. You helped me spend a great day with my Dad!“
