I recently moved to a retirment home from Waukesha County and was having problems with my older Windows 11 Dell computer I didn't know anybody in the area, I called my granddaugter and expressed that I was thinking about a new computer she suggested Tom to look it over I took her advice she called for me and he told her he ptobably could do it remotely I agreed do to, the fact that I'm older I decided to try this first, Tom called me about 3:00PM and all was resolved in lest than an hour and is working great and very happy with his knowledge and highly recomend him to quick solutions, I also purchased his antivirus for the Dell, I asked him about my Samsung... read full review

I have been using Alpha Geeks for over 10 years purchased both my wife's and my computer from Tom . The turn around time & service is excellent I can & have called with a problem and Tom gets it fixed.
