Purchased a treadmill from Dicks and had scheduled delivery and set up in a 3 hr span on Feb 4th. Within that 3 hr span I get a text that the driver had personal issues and had to reschedule to a 3 hr span on Feb 10. 2hrs 15 minutes in the 3hr span on Feb 10 I get a text that there were truck issues and needed to reschedule to a 3hr span on Feb 14th. Phone calls to both AIT and Dicks i could not get them to expedite the delivery
I have wasted at least 4 hrs of my time

Absolute terrible customer service. Give me a date that I can expect scheduling never receive any communication. Call again get update I should hear by the end of the day at the latest. No information received. Call again the next day said I should hear in the next couple of hours. Receive nothing so call one last time at the end of the day and get told it could take up to 72 hours to have someone reach out. Now we are at the weekend and I’m supposed to plan to have someone home but nobody could give me a straight answer. I’m at the point of wanting a refund and just doing it myself. Delivery driver Mike need to take a course on customer service. Also make sure you have pens, you can’t ask someone to sign a form with no pen and get mad because I don’t have a pen on me, to sign a form that you brought to me .
