It's easy to find, clean, well organized and their prices are very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff stepped out to see our dogs and pet them, which was sweet. The Vet was phenomenal.

I love taking my animals here, special shout out to Ashley and Ainsley who are always so kind and respectful, they're always ready to answer questions and are SUPER friendly! Always willing to listen to long stories about my pets too! Some of the techs have changed since 5 years ago when I brought my little Chihuahua, Naya here, but all and all still an amazing, caring environment. Dr.Zimmerman is super friendly and personable, always ready to explain misunderstandings and answer questions you may have! This is not my regular veterinary hospital. Had already waited for Crivitz to call back and couldn't get my Kali in for three weeks. I called Niagara on Friday explaining I had a furbaby that was suffering and needed to be put down. Kali didn't look good and stinky, but not one person cared about it. They passed out so much love and affection. The vet stayed with us when he gave the second injection. It broke our hearts but knew what we did was best. They were abelsolutely fantastic to us. Highly recommend
