“Black Friday, 2024. Cold, windy, and just a miserable day, perfect for our furnace to go out. One phone call and a half hour they were there. Another 45 minutes and we were back up and running. Very good price on their work!”
“Clayton was OUTSTANDING! Get my boiler system running smoothly and talked me through what was happening. I’m now a life long customerService: Heating system maintenance”
“First of all to Sikora Company as a whole…. I just want to say THANK YOU for making this an easy, no hassle experience for us!! So far we are VERY PLEASED with the equipment and your communication skills you supply to your customers. It made us “feel” like we were your only customers, but “knowing” these are busy times we definitely were not. You are a great company and I hope you will be around for a long time to come because I really don’t want to deal with anyone else now. Secondly, I cannot praise your Employees enough for the work they did and for all the knowledge they provided. Their expert advice was none that I have ever experienced before. In the past things were just done without any input or explanation to us and we just relied on others work. This experience with “your” workers made us feel like we were involved and that we actually had a voice in the decisions that were made. We are very much at ease and have total faith and trust in your employees. They are to be commended for the work that they do. It is obvious they thoroughly enjoy their profession and genuinely care about their customers. They are thoroughly detailed and devoted in doing their absolute best work!! Great company and I would definitely recommend you to all !! May God bless you all ….. keep up the great work!!”
