As first-time customers of NWI Tree Service, we reached out for post-storm cleanup after reading glowing recommendations. Their schedule was booked a bit in advance due to storms in the area, and their quote was on the higher side, but we took that as a sign of their quality and expertise. We patiently waited our turn, and it was absolutely worth it! The crew was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. The NWI crew came out to remove a huge oak tree from our yard that had come down in a storm earlier this summer. It had fallen directly over our septic area and the guys were carefull with their machines and equipment to remove everything without doing any damage to the septic system. They arrived at 5 pm and worked non-stop until well after dark to complete the job. The attention to detail, clean-up and communication were all excellent. I highly recommend their service!
