Just brought my 3 year old daughter in for her first dental appt ever and it was a great experience. The front desk staff were very nice, told her she could color a picture and even let her pick where to hang it up on the wall. Jamie was our dental hygienist and taught her all about the tools she uses and how to take really good care of her teeth. She was so patient and kind and made the experience very enjoyable. We also saw Dr. McFarland who is the best. She came in to check her teeth and make sure everything looked good. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an awful experience at the dentist office I attended and a friend of mine recommended New Richmond Dental. I was nervous due to my last encounter with the dentist, but wow! I am honestly blown away by my experience here. Everyone is so professional, kind, and caring. I don't get the feeling they only care about my money or how good my insurance is. I am so happy with the work that was done. I would recommend this dental office to everyone I know. If you are in need of a new dentist I highly suggest checking them out. I even got a warm neck pillow while they were working on my teeth!!! 🥳🤯 Forever thankful. ♡
