I would not recommend Guinn, Vinopal & Zahradka, LLP for tax planning. Some of the staff are truly wonderful, but the tax planner caused repeated issues. My taxes were done incorrectly multiple times, including filing returns that didn’t even need to be filed—my LLC only made about $100. These mistakes led to IRS problems that the firm then refused to help resolve. I also paid monthly fees all year without receiving any real services in return. Overall, it cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for tax planning.

I was a loyal client of many years. Probably 10 years with Guinn..... and another 10 years prior to that with their partner company. Over the last couple years, the staff has changed. And with this change, so has their knowledge and skills. For the price to file personal taxes, they should have a guarantee of the quality of work they perform. Save your money and find some other kid in the sand box with a coloring crayon. Won't cover the cost of their mistake, but cheaper places can and will accept and admit their faults and hold them selves accountable.
