I was able to schedule online easily. My stylist was Alexa and she absolutely nailed my haircut! I have very thin hair, and I’m not sure how she was able to add the layers she did, but I am very pleased. I will be back! I do reccomend booking in advance, despite having several stylists they seemed quite busy.

First time at New Richmond location. Kaitlyn really listened and understood what I wanted. I used to go to Spalon Montage in Woodbury and never left with a good haircut. I am so happy with my haircut!!! Thank you Kaitlyn.

UPDATE: Cassie was a huge help and corrected my cut how I wanted. She was incredibly understanding and nice and did a great job cutting my hair. I now know notes can be added for how I like my hair which is a great tool to have. Thank you Fantastic Sam's team for responding promptly and fixing my cut!Original response below:I typically have a great experience but one particular stylist gives me a bad haircut each time. This was the 3rd time with her and it was bad again. This time it wasn't blended well at all and it's uneven on one side. One spot on top is noticably shorter than the rest causing it also to be uneven.
