I purchased a dress and a pack from the NL store on 6/21/2021. I took the receipt with the items to the customer service counter for a return. The person behind the counter looks at the receipt and shoves it back at me and says I can't honor this. I said why not ? She said because it was purchased in June of last year and we have a 90 day return policy. So I walked away. So I walk back to the paint counter because I want a can of Thompson's waterproofing. There were gallon cans but no spray. Of course, there is no one around. So I walk to the computer movie area where two employees are chatting. I explained that I needed the waterproofing in a spray.
