Super happy with RJ Service. He was willing to swap the door hinge on a GE washer despite it being a new product. Affordable Appliance Repair in Wisconsin Rapids refused to do the job insisting GE didn't make a washer that could be right hinged even though I told him I just purchased one. RJ Service took the time to research and watch an instructional video so he was prepared to do the job. GE should make RJ Service the primary third party service and put Affordable Appliance as the secondary option. Thank you RJ Service!

Always shows up the next day. Had him fix a few things and never had a problem with it. Came out for one call on my washing machine and told me it'll cost me more to fix it than just buy a new one, and never even charged me for a service call. Very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend him.

Jerry, owner of RJ Service has been to my home twice to repair my Maytag Washing Machine. He knows what he is doing. Fixed the problem first time in less than 15 minutes. two years later I called him again as dial/computer was causing machine cycling problems. He came the same day and fixed it in about 30 minutes. I wonder if reviewer #1 is reviewing the right business here in New Lisbon seeing he put two reviews on Yelp with 2 different addresses? I would not call anyone else. Sharon Halverson
