Called them on a Thursday to try to schedule for assistance with an intermittent pressure failure on our well. They were very heavily booked with the holiday approaching, and I was made no promises about when they could squeeze us in. I drove up from Illinois that night regardless, figuring I'd play the odds with it being an intermittent issue.
They were knocking on our door at 7am the next day, having already looked over the system and made the diagnosis. Within half an hour the problem was resolved, cleaned up, and I couldn't be more impressed.
I highly recommend their service. It was incredibly accommodating, professional, and reasonable.
Update: had a new plumbing Issue, called them, hate that I wasnt able to talk to an actual person, but they called back the next day and got the job done in a timely manner and under the estimated amount. 😊
Lange Plumbing / Hometown Heating and Cooling never lets us down! New to the area and it seems quality home repair people are difficult to find.Lange plumbing is an exception to this thought.They installed two new toilets in my home and addressed my plumbing concerns.They use quality products (American standard) and are fairly priced.Justin arrived on time, was very easy to deal with and made it a pleasant experience.Definitely recommended.
