TIDI Products is a great company with great, friendly people. The team shows tremendous pride and passion for their work, focusing on supporting caregivers and protecting patients. The shipping and receiving docks are located on Progress Court, with check-in at door E5. Unloading is very quick, often in 15 to 40 minutes. The process is efficient, with staff providing immediate help and kindness. The business has a refreshing, small-town family feel while being a larger manufacturer that cares for its team members and engages its employees.
They are great people, very friendly treatment, unloading in less than 40 minutes, my English is very bad and they tried to help me with kindness, I parked on the opposite side of the warehouse because the street has no parking signs but on this side where park there was no no parking sign.
Great company! Great people! They take me early for loading. Put me on door right away. Started loading immediately. Shipping and recieving is on Proggres Ct. Check in on mandoor E5.1.Slide your tandems and park to the assigned door.2.Take off your red lind and Electrical line too.3. Wait in your truck till light comes back Green go get your BOL. Never pull your truck on red anyway!
Recently transitioning from a larger manufacturing business in the Fox Valley to Tidi has been extremely refreshing. Tidi cares for their team members, works to engage their employees, and focuses on the bigger picture of Supporting Caregivers and Protecting Patients.The team has passion and shows tremendous pride for the work they do, knowing the end users need for the product.I highly recommend working at this larger manufacturer with a small town family feel.
