ThedaCare provides high-quality healthcare with caring and compassionate nurses who go above and beyond to make patients' experiences more bearable. The hospital offers excellent care, ensuring that patients' pain is under control and they receive proper treatment. The staff, including Dr. Luedke and the team from Surgical Associates, as well as the nurses and staff on the Trauma Surgical 6th floor, demonstrate exceptional care and attention. While some areas for improvement were noted, such as timely linen changes and patient care, the hospital's ER and out-patient services have received positive feedback. Patients have reported long wait times, but the staff has been generally friendly and helpful. The hospital's Valet service has also received praise, with one driver going above and beyond to retrieve a patient's forgotten pillow. Overall, ThedaCare provides good healthcare services, but with some room for improvement.
