Cheryl what a blessing and a gift you have for art of massage. I was a bit tentative to have a massage today due to a recent rotator repair (8-weeks out). With my surgeons approval I scheduled an appointment.You have a clear understanding of injury massage. You helped align my shoulder on the bed so it was protected and worked gently on my injured arm and also my surrounding shoulder blade muscles. With the shoulder pain I didn’t realize how tight I was holding my whole upper body. I instantly felt relief. She has a nurturing way of massage.
