I came here 2:15pm parked to dock 7 after 20 minutes another truck showed up and parked at door 6 they start loading him instead of me,i waited till 3:30 pm to get loaded in the end finish time with paperwork 4:40 I can not believe facility is 🆕 nice company what’s the issue why I must to wait 50 minutes for paperwork why??????

The place is busy so I would get there closer to your appointment time. Actual loading with paperwork took about 1.5h. Follow sighs of the road for check in.
Bathroom behind the guarshack
Their new check-in office looks like a scale house. Enter from the north side of it, and check-out enter from the south side. I was given both an appointment time “FCFS” in my plan so I don’t know which they are exactly. I got there at noon, I left at 5pm. This was on a Tuesday and apparently the whole place shuts down at like 1pm for an hour to go to a meeting. I didn’t know that. When you get a green light you go back to a staging area and wait for a buzzer to go off. I was given buzzer 12, apparently the lady in check out was pressing 13.
