“After a slight mix up with appointment times, my daughter got a facial with Claudia. Claudia was very accommodating given the situation and my daughter absolutely loved her facial and was very comfortable with Claudia the whole time. And to top it off, she sent us home with a very friendly thank you card and a sample for my daughter to try. Will for sure be returning for more facials.
