I gave myself a haircut emergency a day before a trip I was taking. I called It's A Hair Thing, and Lori answered. She was able to get me in the next day to fix my bangs. It was a quick fix, but she was a lifesaver! Lori made me feel reassured after telling her I accidentally made my bangs too choppy, and said it happens to everyone at some point. I'm so glad she was there to fix my mishap and allowed me to not feel embarrassed on my trip! Thanks, Lori!
Merica is amazing! Always listens to what I want and she exceeds my expectations! Great conversation, great prices, and other stylists are super nice. The place is very clean also!
Wthech! Who writes a review five months after service!? Sounds like sabotage to me!! My haircuts have always been great! Have always had good service & love the atmosphere. S.K.
