I was very pleased by the professionalism and care demonstrated by CVAH staff and Dr. Grahn. Stella (Dog) was well taken care of and ample time was spent explaining Stella's ailment and what they could do to help and what I could do regarding prevention and at-home treatments. My questions were answered in full and a nice packet was sent home with me to review the appointment highlights and recommendations. Plus some copies of some recent studies regarding treatment and prevention of Stella's condition were enclosed in the packet. Well done and much appreciated.

I brought my new Rescue husky in Tundra for blood work and his rabies shots he did okay until it came to the blood work so he freaked but the wonderful young women there took him in the back room spent about 15 minutes with him calmed him down played with him petted and gave him treats my permission. During this time they rub numbing cream and got his blood work with no prom at all it showed me a picture I cried I got back in my car and cry thank you for the wonderful care caring workers you have here
