I have just one hose bib a long way away from house that needs clearing in the fall. The technicians come when promised, are friendly and efficient and (compared to other sprinkler companies) very reasonably priced. Have used them two times and price has stayed the same!!!

This company receives a 3 because they are a 5 for their actual service and a 1 for communication. Expect to get reminder phone calls about appointments that you never made or had a chance to make. When you ask, you will be told that a notice went out about your appointment that you never will receive. I don't understand this "system" they have for scheduling. It is the worst I have ever experienced. Thank God for the reminder calls because otherwise, I would have no idea when my service appointments are because they schedule them without input from me and without my knowledge. We really enjoyed working with DJ’s. We had a sprinkler system installed and the whole process went smoothly. Eric and Molly are great to work with and the installers are very professional. Great communication as well. Very satisfied customer.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
