Callen was great to work with starting with the consultation, estimate process, progress on ordering and receiving the materials, scheduling the installation and finally, delivery of the warranty. Callen exceeded our expectations in all ways. They recently replaced 15 of our windows and we could not be happier with Marvin Infinity windows, the highly skilled installation and all the other aspects of working with Callen. Communication, follow through and follow up were outstanding. Eight of the windows were simple replacements but the rest involved more complicated and time consuming work, especially the trim on the inside: scribing the new trim to match the irregularly shaped natural logs on the inside, removing 80 year old caulk that was as hard as cement, designing a crisp profile for the numerous pieces of surrounding woodwork framing each window and finally,… read full review
