“I took my doodle(who has gone here since puppy) in for a bad paw due to him chewing it, due to allergies or sensitivities. He was examined and I was told he has an infected paw. Antibiotics and medicated wipes were prescribed. I get the bill and the antibiotic was $92. I'm disappointed that BVV didn't let me know ahead of time the high cost. The wipes I could have gotten retail for less than half the $30 they cost me. As for the wipes, they should give the client the choice to get them on their own. The total bill was $200. Seems high to me.“
