He is the best, so thorough, caring, helpful, selfless, caring, understanding and a true servant to those who need his help!! I train sooo many sports and martial arts and Spartan Warrior Ninja & action figure fitness training and sooo much more so my body needs this and I’ve worked factory and construction jobs, my back has been in sooo much pain and hips and he just off the first visit, like SERIOUSLY helped me and released soooo much tension in my body and I feel SOOO much better!! ?✝️✅⚔️?

After just one session with Ricky, I'm experiencing greater flexibility and mobility! As someone who weight trains multiple times per week, I can see the evidence of his quality technique and bodywork as I work out.
He takes time to consult with you about your needs, whether they be related to aches/pains, exercise goals, etc. The entire experience was therapeutic, and I especially recommend adding hot stones. Can't wait for my next session!
