My one-year-old HP desktop restarted after a Microsoft update, and suddenly, I couldn’t get back into Windows. I started to panic, but after calling A1 Computer Repair, they advised me to bring it in. Within three days, Alex had backed up all my data and reinstalled Windows 11. To my surprise, he even set it up in a Windows 7-style layout that I love. He also added a few extra programs he thought I would find helpful, and he was absolutely right.
The total cost was $83.99, and I am beyond thankful. Communication throughout the process was clear. I highly recommend their services!
