So happy I made the choice to go here. Walked in and was welcomed and quickly diagnosed as needing a new screen, which I feared but figured.\\nRicardo quoted a price that I found reasonable after calling around to get information at local places. Loved that the prices were also clearly posted so I knew that I was paying a fair and consistent price.\\nHe provided the posted military discount for our service and fixed the screen perfectly, professionally and totally.\\nHe joked with us, made the process painless and we walked out happy.\\nEasy in off Green Bay Rd or Washington, clean and bright.\\nI would recommend.

I had my Iphone battery go down and I brought it into Smartphone.They replaced it the same day and even offered it to be done in less than 1hr. They replaced the battery for what I thought was a reasonable price and FAST. What more can be said, fast and professional. Don't know why they are still wearing a face masks though. I would rather see the face of someone that I am doing business with, but that is just me.

I was told I needed a new phone by Verizon, told i couldnt be helped by geek squad because its a samsung, went here, and they fixed it in 5 seconds. I will be coming here in the future for all my technological repair needs. 10 out of 10
