This does not pertain to Dr. Kunz... but the endo office 98% and others 2% .. The WORST place I have ever experienced! Completely unprofessional doctors and ridiculous office coordinators (especially in the Endo department). Their billing BS is pathetic l! First, they give you estimates that are written wrong because they are incompetent and lack communication. Its a huge issue to the patient trying to budget their visits! The endo office doctor and office coordinator are pathetic and the most unprofessional people i have EVER dealt with!! All they care about is money and really don't care about the patient! NEVER again
Horrible, horrible billing procedures! They bill you to death but can't seem to explain their billing reasons half the time. Been nothing but issues with that for many, many years. I recommend staying away from Racine Dental!
I had my top teeth removed and a full denture made to replace it by Dr. Paul Elcano. It cost a lot of money and financial circumstances were not explained to me honestly. Teeth kept falling out and now it’s broke in half! (See pictures).
