“I have been a member of Anodyne Spa for the past several months and I absolutely love it! The services are fantastic and the free add ons with your membership are a great value. Hot stones or pick your scent or use the sauna before or after - lovely treats. There front desk staff is just wonderful to deal with and you feel at peace the second you step into this lovely place. I have has massage, hot stone add one, Halo Head Spa Treatment, Full body scrub, and my favorite are the Yoga classes! Indeed Anodyne has two yoga instructors who teach classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. Tuesday there are four classes to choose from. I always go with Garden who is the sweetest soul on Tuesday and Wednesday at 4:30 and Saturday at 10:30. Garden also has Ariel Yoga at 5:30 Tuesday and Wednesday and Noon on Saturday. Sound Bath and Meditation is at 9AM Saturday mornings! How much more could you ask for in the great local spot!“
