Closed up shop, after sending me 10 months of bills with no insurance coverage on it. Shame, I liked tge practice, but that and no ability to get my rx refilled means new pcp time.

Dr. Mark DeCheck is the absolutely the worse primary care physician I’ve ever had. Because of him and his miss diagnosed condition of both of my shoulders has left me disabled. His diagnosis was bursitis of my shoulders, when in fact I had torn rotator cuffs. He would just give me cortisone injections saying this will relieve the pain. After time (2 yrs.) his shots did not work anymore and my right shoulder froze and I could not even lift my arm. At this point he finally ordered a MRI of both shoulders.
