“As a carpenter contractor, I value quality,speed of work and communication. Yutka was amazing on all 3. Justin,our salesman went above and beyond, trying to find our lot lines. He explained everything, in detail.What our options were and what to expect. We needed the fence installed asap so we could move in and not worry about our dog running away. They started in a timely manner. We had 525 ft of aluminum fence installed and the crew never stopped moving. They worked from sun up to sun down. I was very impressed. The job was completed in 2 days. After getting multiple bids,including local companies, I went with Yutka. The service and price was way better than the others. Thanks again. “Had a structural exterior porch post which needed to be replaced. Super happy with decision to use Attention to Detail for the work as they found many short cuts which our original builder took. New treated post we secured with steel brackets to concrete and roof overhang, and all trim boards screwed in (no air nailing). This resulted in a very rigid structure which I will not have to re-caulk every year from trim movement. Also, discovered that the crew took pictures of the entire process, and texted a link where all of their work could be reviewed. Quality vendor that will not take short-cuts, or try to hide shotty work. - Would give 10 stars if I could , and veteran owned & operated is another plus!“

“I would like to thank Brewer Construction for the beautiful work they completed in our home. We own a condo that is 17 years old. It was time for additional updates. Brewer installed all new flooring throughout our home, including the stairs. This was a huge undertaking. The result is stunning! No transitions anywhere. They replaced much disliked railing system that matches the style of our home. Installed tile over the showers. The workmanship was exceptional and we highly recommend them. They are in the process of redoing our windows and front door.“

“Gilberto and his crew did an outstanding job framing our lower level. Our project is to add 1100 sq ft, below grade with a bedroom, full bath and great room, with full city permits along with inspections required, in our currently unfinished basement. There were a significant number of obsticals, which were all discussed prior to starting our project. Communication was outstanding at all times and the process unfolded exactly as explained. We were out of town while G&A framed the project. We came home to a clean worksite with the crew being done. We have passed city inspections with no exceptions. Our electrician and also our HVAC contractor both made comment as to the quality of the work provided by G&A along with the excellent framing wood provided by them. We don't think a higher compliment can be made, when the other trades on our job inquire as who the framer we used was so they have a new company in their network to call upon. Do not hesitate in hiring G&A.... They are pro's!!!!!“

“I have used K&G for a few projects. Some for my own home and some for my own customers.(work we don’t perform). Every time the work was outstanding. Kieth is very easy to work with! K&G has also used our company for work as well, payment was always on time. I don’t recommend many.“

“Rich and his team at Axis Kitchen and Bath did a wonderful job remodeling my bathroom. Their pricing is reasonable. They recommended places to get the products I wanted or went out of their way to go out and get them for me. I love the tile work (floor and shower) and the built-in shelf in the shower. The only downside was dealing for over a month with all the dust that came with tearing the bathroom down to the studs and building it back up again. It was worth it in the end though as everything from plumbing, to electrical, to taking out two soffits to create more space in the bathroom really helped to update and create a more beautiful and usable space.“
