While we were away this summer in Florida, someone hit my car and left without a note or any contact information. What I thought was minor turned out to be pretty major as the person who hit me broke all the clips on my Fender. Caliber Collision did an amazing job and repaired my car bumper to brand new status. They were quick and efficient and kept me informed. My car was returned clean and pristine. My daughter actually used Caliber Collision when she hit a deer accidentally, her car was a mess and they put the entire thing back together and it looked brand new when she got it back. She is knowledgeable, has great customer service skills, and keen sense of attention to detail. She kept us well informed on the cost of the repair and expected return date of our auto. The technicians are I-CAR Gold Class Certified. They partner with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for transportation while your auto is in the shop. We give them 10 out of 10 (Totally Satisfied).
