“We recently built a new home and asked Kittleson to help make our landscape one that would frame our home and make it welcoming. Ryan and Rob began with sculpting the space and setting some absolutely beautiful natural cut stone retaining walls. Jane followed with a plan for shrubs and trees that will support our pollinators (but not so much the deer). Areas not disturbed in construction were left natural and we incorporated perennials/natives (some that we had moved with us). No-mow turf was incorporated to decrease time on maintenance and resources.

“10 year customer for snow removal - this year was the best. We have a long steep driveway and needed more than a snowblower service for deep snow. We pay upfront, like in October. Which stings a little, but pays off in the long run.

The first several years, we averaged about 10 snow removals per year (they service greater than 1 inch of snowfall). That includes a couple of storms where they came by twice.
This year, the communication was excellent. They brought plows, snowblowers and shovels, depending on the snow.

Paying up front is a risk for both parties. Last year, we had less snow, but this year, we got more than our money’s worth. We’ve had snow as early as Oct 30 and as late as April 16. They always show up.

Like many businesses, they are recovering from the pandemic and looking for reliable workers. But this past year, they were a well oiled machine in snow removal.

When you call, you talk to people. When I needed rocks replaced, they came out, fixed it for a fraction of what another company wanted. They are my “go to” place.“
