The customer appreciated the prompt refund process. However, there are some concerns about the facility. The change machine is out of order, and there are no garbage cans available. Additionally, the wash bay lacks proper lighting, making it difficult for customers to see if their vehicles are clean. One customer expressed dissatisfaction after spending $15 in quarters and still finding their truck dirty, suggesting improvements to enhance the overall experience.
Don't use the express vac. It only takes quarters and doesn't give you your money back. Practically stole my money. Next person only has to pay a quarter for a vac. I guess.
I was there on 10/5/23. My card was charged twice for 1 car wash. I left a message for the compay and received a call back the same day. They are returning the money to me via the mail. Great customer service. Car was cleaned great.
Change machine doesn't work. Plz fix... No garbage cans for any garbage... I would suggest at least one... there were no lights that turned on in wash bay. Very hard to see if your vehicle is clean. Suggestion add Motion sensor... I used $15 in quarters that I had to go to gas station to get and I pull truck outside and its still dirty . If there were lights on u would have made more money off me to get my truck clean like it was supposed to be...expecially after $15 +Plz consider my suggestions.Thanks.
