Great optometrist! Great treatment, super friendly and always an enjoyable experience. (Or as enjoyable as an eye exam can be, lol) they did not carry the glasses i wished to purchase with my new prescription but actually helped looked for places that did carry them. Much appreciated!
I happened to request an appointmnet just as they got a cancelation and was able to get in the same day. They were all quick, had a great selection of frames and were very helpful. I was upset that I had to change my eye doctor, but my experience here made me feel better about it. With the location only being a mile from work, it's all the more reason that I will come back.
First impressions are key! I was immediately greeted and taken care of. From beginning to end, this eye exam, was explained more to me than any eye exam I have ever had in my entire life. The staff was all courteous, professional, friendly, and it was like stepping into a neighborhood eye doctor's office instead of a corporate office where you are just a number. From the first staff member to the doctor, everything, exam, eye photos (which I was actually shown!) was explained to me. I knew that I would be billed XXX amount before things started, and there were no surprises. Highly recommend!
