Wonderful yoga class---both strengthening and restorative. Left feeling so much better in my body than before the class! Cathy is a lovely teacher.
Cathy is such powerful instructor, best yoga place to go in town. She is also a master gardener. Don’t forget to take a quiet walk at her beautiful garden.
I have been going to Cathy for Reiki for several years now, and I truly get great results each session. Cathy is kind, insightful and genuine. I always look forward to going.
