The location I went to was a busy location. I made an appointment online but noticed the wait time online was not accurate. The stylist that worked with me was kind but not very personable.

Wait was over an hour, on a Saturday,but an appointment was available. They were fully staffed. They were taking people as soon as they were done with other clients. They concentrate on haircuts, not colors and perms. They did an excellent job.

Busy location. Friendly employees, just wasn't happy with the results of either of my kids haircuts. They offered to fix it, but with all the people in the store waiting, I didn't feel comfortable with that. Sad the East Side location closed, guess we're done with Great Clips.
