Very LGBTQ+ friendly business. I've been getting treatments from Lyn to prepare me for gender affirming surgery for several months and she's always super friendly and professional. I had a traumatic experience with ECL last year, but after switching to Elemental, I have always felt safe and comfortable during sessions (or as comfortable as someone can be during electrolysis).

Have only had 1 visit and so far so good. Emily did great in going through all the information on the process and making me feel comfortable. Will be going back.Only frustration is how long it takes to get an appointment and not being able to get in based on the recommended time between appointments. But that is more of a sign of how much people like them and not to be considered a negative on their services.
