Have only had 1 visit and so far so good. Emily did great in going through all the information on the process and making me feel comfortable. Will be going back.Only frustration is how long it takes to get an appointment and not being able to get in based on the recommended time between appointments. But that is more of a sign of how much people like them and not to be considered a negative on their services.

Kati is amazing and I am having terrific results after years of plucking! I briefly tried electrolysis in the past but it was so painful I stopped. Thanks to Kati’s skill and the modern equipment I have very minimal discomfort.

They were very nice, did a good job of explaining the process and what to expect. Then proceeded to do a sample removal, so that you know what it feels like. Michelle was great! After working on an area for 15 to 20 mins. it gets a little uncomfortable but then they can go to work on another area away from the first and do another 15 to 20 mins. So buy the hour, if you don't use it up, you can finish it at a later date.
