I recently bought a new cross body bag, and I love it! Less than a week later, the zipper caught on the lining inside and since then, it was functional but looked a little wonky. This week, the zipper caught on the lining again, and this time it wasn’t functional anymore. With purpose, I drove to The Seamstress in Mishicot to see if the zipper could be replaced. I was prepared to be told it couldn’t be fixed, or that they could take it but I’d have to leave my purse there. I was told NEITHER!
The owner fixed it right up for me on the spot, did a great job, was so nice, and charged such a small fee to do it. Now my bag looks brand new!

Everyone was friendly and professional! The shop was spotless and very pleasant. I have dropped off things to be altered, and we will see what they're like when I pick them, but so far so good,

Had a zipper issue with my Patagonia sweatshirt. Stopped by before visiting another downtown business. They repaired it and had it ready to go within an hour. Great service! Thank you so much!
