We were referred to Van Natta by the company that makes our water filter, I also looked at reviews and they had 5 stars across the board so I felt confident we were in good hands. We received our invoice and it seemed extremely high. It took 2 weeks to get in touch with someone in the office to itemize our invoice. Our invoice was never fully itemized but we were able to see that they charged us $600 for 30 minutes of labor, they said that it’s their flat rate. It still doesn’t make sense to me. We will not be using them again.

We needed to have a new water line run to our refrigerator. The staff at the location were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They were able to schedule the service in a reasonable amount of time. On the day of service, the plumber arrived early and was Extremely Pleasant. He listened to our needs and did some investigating before beginning the work. He was able to complete the work in less than an hour. The costs associated were very reasonable. A few weeks later we called to have our garbage disposal installed. We experienced the same customer service as the first time and were happy to have the same plumber once again. I had several plumbing issues in my old home. I called multiple plumbers who did not respond or show up. Van Natta's worked me into their extremely busy schedule. Dan Schwanz did an awesome job on everything! I am extremely happy with the work and he cleaned up the area so well I could hardly tell he had been there. Everyone I dealt with at Van Natta's Plumbing was great and the bill was less than expected. I highly recommend them!
