We have an old home with a very old BBQ that needed a new fan and hood. It was a small, messy job that got a little messier once we started. Jeff and his team stuck with it and we have our new fabricated fan and hood! Thanks for your help, you did a great job! I highly recommend.

I need to provide positive remarks for Quality Heating with a recent home furnace purchase. I was so impressed with all aspects of the replacement process. I have used Quality Heating, along with other local talented furnace providers, over the years for regular maintenance and service. I was fortunate to have a furnace survive 26 years. I did seek out several bids from other very qualified providers and am very grateful that I chose Quality Heating. I need to let others know about my extremely positive experience. First, Jonah did an exceptional job of teaching and price quoting for a variety of furnaces they sell. He communicates well and returns phone calls promptly as this became quite important due to the furnace dying during the winter. Second, the installation team was on time, provided additional services/duct work at no additional cost to make sure the new furnace would function correctly and cleaned up the work area. The installation team answered my questions and did the job quickly. Last, the business sends a furnace expert to conduct a follow through a week after installation. He checked to make sure all aspects of the job were done correctly, checked the furnace for efficiency, and answered questions I had. Overall, the experience was very positive, and the price very competitive. Thank you Quality Heating for making an unplanned expense a positive experience.
