We have been home security alarm customers of Per Mar for more than 10 years. It came time to update our Closed Circuit TV (CCTV)system. The start of the work was delayed by a day as new cameras had not arrived. Two Tech's showed up on time. Worked quietly cleanly and safely. Completed the total work in about 5 hours. Happy with the quality of the video and ease of managing it with the new App DW Moble. World class service in every way. Thank you Luke and Kris our two installation techs and Brittany for making it happen within the scheduled time frame despite the delay in receipt of the hardware. The installation went very well and Chris stuck around and made sure the app was easy to use and had both of our sites available. Chris also showed me how to adjust the schedule on the desktop interface.

I had a great experience today with a very knowledgeable PER MAR employee. Sam T. was very helpful in showing my client how to use her system. Sam T. checked over the entire system and didn't have to show how it operated but she did! I will definitely be suggesting any and all of my current and future clients to PerMar for their security system needs!
