We had a very positive experience working with Everest to build our new lake house. Everest came highly recommended and didn't disappoint! Chad, Lisa, Brad and all of the contractors were a pleasure to work with and very helpful. As an out of state customer we found it very easy to work with the team. The level of communication was excellent. When we requested information, we received it right away. Our home was completed on-time without any major issues. My wife and I had Everest Custom Homes build our lake home and detached garage in 2021. Because our permanent residence was 600 miles to the south it was important for us to find a builder we could trust and a builder with great communication. Chad was excellent! He assisted us with choosing the best property for our project (my wife and I looked at dozens of properties), creating a design that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing and staying within budget. The other important aspect was quality which we are very pleased with the finished product. Working with Everest was a very enjoyable experence! It was meaningful to us to have input on the layout of the house and they were very willing to work within our budget. They communicated with us throughout the project and completed the house well before we thought. It is so significant to have someone on your side who knows the business and has a wonderful network of contractors to get the project executed to perfection. Great people, great service!
