It was a great experience. I went for a DOT physical with a drug screen the receptionist and doctor was very pleasant. The medical assistant explained what she was doing and why she was doing this for the physical and what the results will show the doctor. She was the lead and very informative and can tell she really enjoyed her job.
Everything was great. The reason for the 3, is because when I went back to get my TB test read, they literally had me roll my sleeve up in the lobby, there were people in the lobby too. I was very uncomfortable. What would they have done if my test was positive. HIPPA was not followed. There was no privacy at all
I needed to take an extensive physical for a new job. I had a hard time finding a Concentra that had all of equipment needed working without a ridiculous wait. This particular one had no weight and everything that I needed. The staff was great, very thorough and time efficient. I will definitely make this my go to Concentra.
